Is this furniture suitable for everyday living?
Yes. Our furniture is designed for daily use, long evenings, shared moments and slow mornings. Comfort levels vary by model, ranging from soft and enveloping to more structured support.
How soft are the cushions?
Pieces featuring feather and fibre cushions are designed to feel plush and relaxed. They offer a comfortable, inviting sit while maintaining supportive structure.
Will the cushions change over time?
Yes. Cushions may settle slightly with use. This is normal and contributes to a lived-in feel. Occasional fluffing and reshaping will help maintain their appearance.
Will the materials look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly. Lighting and surroundings can affect how fabrics and finishes appear. Tone and texture may read slightly warmer or cooler depending on natural light, bulbs, and the colours in your space.
Why does my piece show variation in wood, stone or fabric?
Many of our pieces are made from natural materials such as solid wood, marble, or richly textured fabrics. Variations in grain, veining, tone, and texture are expected and embraced. They are part of what makes each piece unique.
Does the furniture arrive assembled?
Most pieces arrive fully assembled or require minimal setup, such as attaching legs. Any required assembly will be noted on the product page.
How does furniture shipping work?
Furniture shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address. Smaller items may ship with a tracking number, while larger pieces are delivered by a specialized local carrier. Once your order ships, you will either receive tracking details or be contacted to schedule delivery. A signature is required upon delivery, and furniture is typically delivered to the building entrance or threshold unless otherwise arranged. All products are shipped within 5 to 20 business days. Do you offer white-glove or room-of-choice delivery?
White-glove service is not offered by default. If you would like room-of-choice delivery or installation, please contact us after placing your order and we’ll provide a custom quote.
Will I have to pay duties, tariffs or customs fees?
No. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are fully covered by Blanc Marine. The total shown at checkout is final.
Can I return my piece of furniture?
No. All furniture is final sale due to its size, fragility, and specialized shipping requirements. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details and measuring your space carefully before placing your order.
Can I get additional photos, more detailed measurements or specifications of a furniture piece?
Absolutely. If you’d like additional images or need specific details such as interior drawer dimensions, email us and we’ll be happy to help when available.
Do you offer styling or design support?
