At Blanc Marine Boutique, we want every purchase to be a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with your products, you can return them within 15 days of receipt. Please see the list of exclusion below:

- Items on sale: Please note that all items on sale are final sale. It is not possible to return or exchange a discounted item.
Vintage items have imperfections that are 100% inherent in the nature of the product. These second-hand products had a life before you, so it is normal to find imperfections. The items are described and photographed as accurately as possible so that they are assessed at their fair value.
Return Policy Terms
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging.
- No returns will be accepted after the 15-day period. The 15-day period start the day you receive your tracking number.
- A total refund will be made if the product is in perfect condition.
How to return a product under the 15-day policy
To return a product under the 15-day policy, please follow these guidelines:
- Contact [email protected] with your order number to receive a return confirmation.
- Following the reception of the return confirmation, pack your package and ensure that it will not be damaged during the return delivery. Items received damaged are not eligible for a refund.
- Send us your item to the address mentioned in the return confirmation.
- You will receive a refund for the total cost of the item, within 10 days of receipt of the package at our distribution center.
