Vintage Items
Our vintage products (excluding rugs) are truly one-of-a-kind. Due to their unique nature and inherent variations, all vintage items are final sale. This includes vintage frames, pottery, objects, and lamps. We take great care to photograph and describe each piece accurately so you can shop with confidence.
Furniture
Due to their size, weight, and specialized handling requirements, all furniture items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly recommend reviewing product details, measurements, and specifications carefully before placing your order.
Rug Policy
Rugs are eligible for return. However, customers are responsible for both the original delivery and return shipping costs. Please note: Custom rug pads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Rug Return Terms

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

A full refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the return at our distribution center, provided the item is received in perfect condition.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Clients are responsible for shipping costs for both delivery and returns.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Furniture
- Vintage frames
- Vintage pottery
- Vintage objects
- Vintage lamps
- Custom rug pads
- Sale items (discounted items are final sale)
How to request a return (Rugs only)
To request a return authorization, please email info@blancmarineboutique.com and include the following information:

Your order number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

A brief reason for the return.
Once your return is approved:

You will receive a return confirmation email with the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Carefully package the item in it's original packaging to ensure it arrives undamaged.

Drop off the package at your preferred shipping carrier or local shipping station.
Returns that arrive damaged or not in original condition cannot be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the return at our distribution center.
