Blanc Marine Boutique Return Policy
Our vintage products (excluding rugs) are truly one-of-a-kind treasures. Since these items often carry unique imperfections that reflect their history, all vintage products are final sale. We do our best to describe and photograph them accurately so you can shop with confidence.
Rug Policy
Rugs are eligible for return, however, customers are responsible for both the original delivery and return shipping costs. Please note: Custom rug pads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Rug Return Terms
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the day you receive your tracking number.
- A full refund will be issued if the product is received in perfect condition.
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs for both delivery and returns.
Exclusion List
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Furniture
- Vintage frames
- Vintage pottery
- Vintage objects
- Vintage lamps
- Custom rug pads
- Sale items (discounted items are final sale)
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@blancmarineboutique.com with your order number to request a return confirmation.
- Once you receive confirmation, carefully pack your item to ensure it arrives undamaged. Unfortunately, damaged items cannot be refunded.
- Send your package to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
