Are your rugs unique? Will they be restocked if sold out?
Yes—our rugs are one-of-a-kind, which means that once an item is sold, it cannot be restocked. However, we regularly curate new pieces, and you may find similar styles in future collections.
Can I request additional photos or videos of the rugs?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide extra photos or videos. Our rugs are stored in a controlled environment for shipping, and the lighting in our warehouse doesn’t allow us to capture accurate colors and textures.
That said, the images on our website are carefully photographed to reflect the true look of each rug as faithfully as possible. And of course, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, so if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you are welcome to return your rug.
Do you offer a styling service?
Yes, we do. If you’re looking for the right rug for a specific space, simply send us an email at info@blancmarineboutique.com with photos of your room, the measurements, and links to your favorite rugs from our website. We’ll get back to you with a personalized recommendation, free of charge.

Can rugs be returned?
Yes, rugs are eligible for return. Please note that customers are responsible for both the original delivery and the return shipping costs.
Important: Custom rug pads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our rugs are sourced from around the world, with origins specified in each product description. The main regions include: Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Morocco, India, China, Nepal.
Will I have to pay duties, tariffs and customs?
No, we take care of all duties, tariffs and customs fees for you.
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping on most of our products, with the exception of furniture. For furniture orders, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your address.
