Care & materials
Like most rugs, our vintage and one-of-a-kind rugs need some love to last longer. We recommend that you:
- Vacuum your rug periodically.
- Rotate your rug from time to time.
- If you spill any liquid on your rug, wipe it off immediately. If your rug needs a thorough clean, take it to a professional.
- Never wash your rug in a washing machine.
- We recommend adding a rug pad to increase the life of your rug.

We offer free shipping on all products, except for furniture. For furniture, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Are your rugs unique? Will they be restocked if sold out?
Yes—our rugs are one-of-a-kind, which means that once an item is sold, it cannot be restocked. However, we regularly curate new pieces, and you may find similar styles in future collections.
Can I request additional photos or videos of the rugs?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide extra photos or videos. Our rugs are stored in a controlled environment for shipping, and the lighting in our warehouse doesn’t allow us to capture accurate colors and textures.
That said, the images on our website are carefully photographed to reflect the true look of each rug as faithfully as possible. And of course, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, so if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you are welcome to return your rug.
